The Dems are to blame for this financial crisis. Educate yourself please! Obama has no idea how to lead the US into prosperity. He doesn't understand that raising the capital gains tax to 20% will demoralize investors and send the economy into a bigger tailspin. McCain wants to lower the capital gains to 9%. Doesn't it make sense that this will encourage investment and confidence? Come On people THINK. Don't just vote because you're angry or it's the cool thing to do. This is serious.

This is Fox news! Of course they are going to try and make out the mortgage crisis could have been avoided,that way they try to make it look like it wasn't the Government who is to blame and has created the whole economic 'crisis.' What a surprise,the banks are being nationalised,then globalised,in to a one world bank,they are all amalgamating. Look at government policy,world wide,this is exactly what they want to happen!

Of course it's the government's fault, the point of this report was not to absolve "government" of responsiblity. They were trying to show that even though GWB and repubs were being blamed it was actually the dems who resisted reform and regulation.

Also, at the time of Frank's comments that Fox News has made appear horrible, the Republicans were in control of Congress, so they were involved in the legislation block just as much, if not more than the Dems. However, since the content of the proposed legislation wasn't even discussed in depth, how can any of us criticize them without putting in more research outside of Fox News? We can't judge this maneuver by our elected officials unless we do more research away from this horrendous report

O please, it was most of the republicans that wanted regulation. Not the dems, they were all for no regulation. This is how thing about Fox news being biased it getting old. I have seen Outfoxed it is the most pathetic piece of proaganda ever. You do know there has been nonpartisan studies on fox news and they deteced no bias.
