The wii fit shouldn't replace going outside and exercising, of course, but obviously you haven't used it. It shows you the proper way to do certain exercises, gives you fun games, and tracks your progress (including where you need work). I set up my mom's yesterday and it's really fun and teaches me things I can use outside of the house.
