"Rosanna" was written by the band's primary songwriter, David Paich. The song was widely understood to refer to band member Steve Porcaro's defunct relationship with the actress Rosanna Arquette. I was overjoyed to hear the news today that Toto have reformed for a world tour. To top it all off, Kenny G will be the horn section. What a power team! This song always takes me back to my glory days (80's), strutting like a rooster around the discotekka nightspot with my shirt unbuttoned to reveal a manly chest thick with musky chest pubes.
