i think he took one blue prison shirt off before going through the tunnel and put it in his bag to change into later...and then put on an extra one before making the escape...you have to figure that they would have more than one prison shirt...can't wear the same one every single day for 20 years w/o it disintegrating...who knows..maybe the just fucked up a little in terms of continuity
