I love those pillars too
I wonder what bower birds would accept for dowry...
I.M. Pei has nothing on this bower bird I think. I'd enjoy living in this house (er a larger version) than anything by Pei.
perhaps that is why I am so attracted to it...
I rather marry to a bower bird
I can't even build a gingerbread house.
What an incredible man. I am involved in a team-building creative problem solving program called Destination Imagination. Last year, we were to structure a skit around an animal which was amazing in some quality. We chose the bowerbird and used this video as a major reference. We gave special thanks to David Attenborough. What an incredible man.
I remember reading about this in a child's animal book and didn't think it possible.
@BWaygal117 Sweet! LoL!
the natural architect
What the cameraman didn't catch on film was the bowerbird asking David Attenborough if he could borrow his Marvin Gaye cassette tapes.
wont other animal or creature try to eat the acorn or the flowers?
"Pimp My Bower". Man I wish this bird was my flatmate, we'd be scoring all the chicks!!

LMAO.
Ho, that bird could learn to be an archetect with a bigger brain.
just seeing those two supporting pillars at 0.35 blew me away!!

This is SO COOL!! Have you seen these little sticks, that it used as pillars??!! Incredible!
The term "bird brain" does not apply here. Incredible.
