Without regulation, the cheaters prosper. With regulation, the people with integrity prosper. What a concept!

This is why auditing the fed is so important. I also understand fort knox hasn't had a gold audit in over 50 years

stop feeding the banks, the frauds ... use online payment services to stash your money or keep it at home !

This is why it is imperative to Dump the Fed. These international bankers will fleece one country's taxpayers, and pass it on to one of their brethren in another country. This country has been deliberately fleeced for 80 years.

Let it be know - thanks to Mr. Moyers we have a direct example of the history we were to learn from. Not only "did" we have an opportunity but the opportunity, thanks to YouTube and the Internet followed us as we circled the drain - before we will either go down or escape from, probably none the wiser...again

@bearhamo that's old news, yes we know, i'm not trying to smartass but lets discuss the new ponzi scheme, the chicago carbon credit swap and who are the investors?

It certainly pays to have a revolving door from the government to the private sector. Especially when you get to write the rules. Goldman Sachs, Monsanto, etc.

Seems to me it was about 2005 when bankers lobbied for and got bankruptcy laws changed to their benefit...At this time that act looks like premeditation and a manifestation of what they knew and when.

central to all this is also the repeal of glass stegal which allowed to retail banks to package and sell the liar's and ninja loans....this put everyone on "short term" cycles - no responsibility or impact from the bad loans.... relators were also complicit...it was/is a complete moral breakdown...complete systemic breakdown....just like old rome.

Both parties are involved in this fiasco. Thank you for telling the truth, William Black. Down with Goldman Sachs!

It is not about Red or Blue state, Republican or Democrat bashing. All of that is just a distraction from the real issue of our age; the kleptocrat cabal. Both Dems and Reps have been co-opted by the banksters et. al. as seen by Bush and Obama, AIG, Goldman Sachs, etc.

You neglect to mention that the repeal of Glass-Steagall was a piece of Republican legislation sponsored by Phil Graham and passed by a Republican majority along party lines. And wasn't it Phil Graham who came up with the idea for the investment vehicles largely responsible for a Global Economic Meltdown. Seems to me that Phil shouldn't have a job anymore. Where's the Peoples Police!? Put that scoundrel in IRONS!

The Bush years? Clinton repealed Glass Steigel and it was Barney, the Lisp, Franks, who declared Fannie and Fredy were sound the summer before the Collapse. Both parties are to blame.

The good news is they voted to audit the FED and Geithner is struggling to keep his job. He is a stain on the present administration. Shame on Barrak Obanker. Can't replace those big bankers with honest bankers; they might not make those big contributions. Gotsta keep that MONEY TRAIN going!

The essence of what this courageous man said is: 1. the repubs and dems are in bed with the corporate elite to rob america. 2. criminal activity has occurred and nobody is being held accountable or even investigated. 3. Congress and the president (Bush, Obama, whoever) are corrupt. 4. corporations run the government. The only question is what are Americans willing to do about these criminals. Thank god for courageous people like Bill Moyers and the guy who he interviewed.

US went fraudulent since year 1999. The economy has "recovered"; the majority lost. THey knew most people were maxed out financially & hyperinflation was bound. 1999 had the most immigration to fix up the place & to undermine labor power. McCain intentionally lost

This video proves that the "conspiracy of fraud" was much broader than we suspected and continues under the Obama administration's "cover-up" out of fear of economic collapse. I think we should prepare ourselves for the collapse because it appears to be the only thing that will stop the conspiracy.
