    claro q no necesitas un cuerpo en especial solo es cuestion de q te prepares bien de exo participan muchas personas con capacidades diferentes lo unico que hacen falta son ganas y empeño.. pues las distancias son 3.8 km de nado 180 bici y un maraton 42.195 km pero si se quiere en verdad se puede! tambien existen los medio ironman y estos se llaman 70.3

    triatlon si...pero este kaso es ironman, ke k combina natación de fondo, una etapa de ciclismo y una maratón....hace falta 1º haber nacido kn un kuerpo preparado y 2º muchos..muchos años de entrenamiento
