    You know, I think most, if not all of these recipies would be great for the economic situation today. There's so much stimga around certain foods, that only "poor people" would eat. Honestly, sometimes I'd rather have a meal like this than steak!

    I have my grandparents to tell me their own stories of the Great Depression but I'd love to also hear from this woman! Her meals look really delicious and being (partially) raised by my grandparents, I pretty much grew up eating meals like these, too. =]
